I am an athlete, activist and therapist.
I created this book to share some of the knowledge and resources I’ve collected over the years struggling with depression, finding meaning on the run, and creating two global wellness movements that empower every day folks to get fit and change the world. You can think of this book as a roadmap to ignite the fire in YOU to create change in your life. Maybe you don’t know where to start, maybe you are lacking motivation, maybe you are just plain burnt out. I hope that sharing my journey will demystify the process of what worked for me and hopefully work for you as well. This book is not purely for athletes or folks who (like to) run. This book is for anyone who is looking to build and grow; running is just the vehicle I have used in my life.
